Background
The antibody was isolated from antisera by a combination of pepsin digestion and immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules have been removed. Antibody/PE ratio: 1:1 Minimal cross-reaction to human, bovine, horse and rabbit. 

Application Notes
The antibody conjugate has been tested by FACS analysis at 0.5 ul / one million cells to assure specificity and reactivity. Since applications vary, investigators should determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
