Background The antibody was isolated from naive rabbit sera using Protein G purification.
Application Notes
The antibody has been tested by FACS analysis at 0.1-2 ug/10^6 cells . Since applications vary, investigators should determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.
Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of TLR1 in human PBMCs (lymphocyte-gated) using IMG-5012AF488 at 10 ul/10^6 cells. Shaded histogram represents cells alone, green represents isotype control (IMGENEX, 20304AF488), red represents TLR1 antibody. IMGENEX's TLR intracellular flow kit (10098K) was used for this test.
