Background
Birch pollen allergy is a frequent pathology with IgE reactivity against Betv1 the major birch pollen allergen. Human monoclonal
antibodies have been generated from PBMC of allergic patients. B cell lines that secrete human IgG antibodies of high affinity have
been selected. These human monoclonal antibodies inhibit the binding of IgE to nitrocellulose-blotted Bet v1.
