Principal Names: AIF1; allograft inflammatory factor 1 ; DASS-82G15.2; AIF-1; IBA1; IRT-1; Em:AF129756.17; interferon gamma responsive transcript; ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule Official Symbol: AIF1 GenBank Accession Number(s): NP_001614.3 Human GeneID(s): 199 Non-Human GeneID(s): 11629 (mouse); Important Comments: This antibody is expected to recognize isoform 3 (NP_001614.3) only.

Peptide with sequence C-NKQFLDDPKYSSDED, from the internal region of the protein sequence according to NP_001614.3.

Application Notes
Western Blot: Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocyte lysates (calculated MW of 16.7kDa according to NP_001614.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3g/ml. Additional bands of unknown identity were also consistently observed at 35kDa and 110kDa. These bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.

AIF1/IBA1 (isoform 3) Antibody

Western blot analysis of AIF1/IBA1 (isoform 3) using IMG-30020 at 1g/mll in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocyte lysate (35g protein in RIPA buffer).
