Application Notes
In human PBMC, a ~65-70 kDa band is observed (predicted MW of 65 kDa according to NP_115584).
IMG-3076 staining of human PBMC lysate (RIPA buffer, 35 µg total protein per lane). Primary antibody (0.3 µg/ml) incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
