Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx 23kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 25.8kDa according to NP_036583). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1µg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. |
