Background
DSCD75 is a 208 amino acid membrane protein with one transmembrane helix. Current testing suggests that the cDNA of DSCD75 may be expressed by osteogenic human mesenchymal stem cells. DSCD75 may be involved in some transporter activities. |
Antigen
A portion of amino acids 200-250 of human DSCD75 was used as the immunogen. |
Application Notes
The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 100% homologous in human and monkey, 83% homologous in cat, 81% homologous in bovine and 72% homologous in mouse and rat.
IMG-6242A detects the expected approximately 23 kD band in mouse and rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate, but additional larger molecular weight bands may be seen. |
