Background
Researchers have indicated that they want access to novel target antibodies quickly to aid in their research. IMGENEX is pleased to be able to offer researchers access to cutting-edge products that are still in the process of characterization/validation. IMGENEX’s ‘IMX’ antibody line is shown by ELISA to bind to the peptide used as immunogen. Investigators should empirically determine the suitability of the antibody, including optimal dilutions, for other applications of interest.

The NCBI accession number for Nurim is CAI41884. The amino acid sequence used is 100% homologous in human, chimp and macaque; it is 83% homologous in dog, bovine and pig; it is 80% in mouse and rat. |
