Application Notes
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in Human Liver and HepG2 lysates at up to 1µg/ml. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows vesicular staining in the cytoplasm of hepatoicytes. Recommended concentration, 4-6µg/ml.

IMG-3268 (4µg/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Liver. Steamed antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9, HRP-staining.
