IMK-503 |
NF-kB/p65 ActivELISA Kit
In its inactive form, NF-kB
is sequestered in the cytoplasm, bound by members of the IkB
family of inhibitor proteins. The various stimuli that activate NF-kB
cause phosphorylation of IkBa,
which is followed by its ubiquitination and subsequent degradation. This results
in the exposure of the nuclear localization signals on NF-kB
subunits and the subsequent translocation of the molecule to the nucleus.
IMK-503 measures the relative translocation of p65 subunit of NF-kB
in to the nucleus. Each kit comes complete with buffers, capture and
detection antibodies, colorimetric detection reagents, recombinant protein, and
manual. |

Phospho-IkBa ActivELISA Kit
This focuses on activation of one of the most important cellular signaling molecule, NF-kB, through phosphorylation of its major inhibitor, IkBa. The phosphorylation of IkBa reflects the activity of IkB kinases (IKKs). This kit allows quantitative measurment of IkBa phosphorylation in one day without time-consuming western blot analysis. It can also be adapted for high-throughput screening of IKK activities. This ELISA kit uses highly sensitive chemiluminescence detection system combined with our anti-IkBa monoclonal antibodies to detect phosphorylation status of IkBa upon external stimuli. A luminometer is required for this assay. |
