Retrovirus vectors are very efficient tools for stably introducing genes into dividing cells. The RetroMaxTM retrovirus vector system is based on the pCL vector system developed by Naviaux, and includes three packaging vectors designed to maximize recombinant-retrovirus titers for a simple, efficient, and flexible experimental system.
