Triptorelin Acetate
Catalog No
: IMR-225

Triptorelin C64H82N18O13, Pyr-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-D-Trp-Leu-Arg-Pro-Gly-NH2is a synthetic analogue of gonadorelin (GnRH). As a result of the substitution of the 6th amino acid residue in the native molecule, the agonistic effect is more pronounced and the plasma half-life prolongedTriptorelin Acetate is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Triptorelin (1mg/ml) was lyophilized with no additives.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Triptorelin in sterile 18M/cm H2O not less than 100g/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Lyophilized Triptorelinalthough stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccatedbelow -18 C. Upon reconstitution Triptorelinshould be stored at 4 C between 2-7 days and for future usebelow -18 C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Greater than 98.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Anion-exchange FPLC. (c) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel.
Dimers and Aggregates
Less than 1% as determined by silver-stained SDS-PAGE gel analysis.
Less than 0.1 ng/g (IEU/g) of Triptorelin Acetate.
Protein Content
Protein quantitation was carried out by two independent methods: 1. UV spectroscopy at 280 nm .2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a standard solution of Triptorelin as a Reference Standard.
This material is offered by Imgenex for research, laboratory or further evaluation purposes.
