IMK-501	Phospho-IkBa ActivELISA Kit This focuses on activation of one of the most important cellular signaling molecule, NF-kB, through phosphorylation of its major inhibitor, IkBa. The phosphorylation of IkBa reflects the activity of IkB kinases (IKKs). This kit allows quantitative measurment of IkBa phosphorylation in one day without time-consuming western blot analysis. It can also be adapted for high-throughput screening of IKK activities. This ELISA kit uses highly sensitive chemiluminescence detection system combined with our anti-IkBa monoclonal antibodies to detect phosphorylation status of IkBa upon external stimuli.
